1.1供(gong)熱(re)(re)系統:主要由循環油泵、加熱(re)(re)爐本體、熱(re)(re)用(yong)戶(用(yong)熱(re)(re)設備(bei))、油氣分離(li)器及(ji)相關閥(fa)門管(guan)線構成,如儲油槽(cao)、膨脹槽(cao)、注油泵等也都是不可缺(que)少的輔助管(guan)路及(ji)設備(bei)。
1.1 Heating system: mainly composed of circulating oil pump, heating furnace body, heat user (heat equipment), oil and gas separator, and related valve pipelines, such as oil storage tank, expansion tank, oil injection pump, etc., are also indispensable auxiliary pipelines and equipment.
1.2燃(ran)(ran)燒系統:主要由燃(ran)(ran)氣供給(gei)系統、燃(ran)(ran)燒器(qi)、加熱爐、煙道防爆門、空(kong)預器(qi)、煙囪及(ji)有關閥門管線組成。

動力控制主要控制循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)、注油泵(beng)、助燃空氣風機、燃燒(shao)器(qi)等(deng)設備(bei)的起動與停止,同(tong)時循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)與燃燒(shao)器(qi)之間(jian)進行聯鎖(suo)控制以保(bao)證(zheng)加(jia)熱爐(lu)進行安(an)全運行。
Power control mainly controls the start and stop of equipment such as circulation pumps, oil injection pumps, combustion air fans, and burners. At the same time, interlocking control is carried out between the circulation pumps and burners to ensure the safe operation of the heating furnace.
儀(yi)表顯示控(kong)制(zhi)通常采用(yong)出口(kou)油(you)溫(wen)控(kong)制(zhi)燃燒器進行油(you)溫(wen)調節、進出口(kou)油(you)溫(wen)顯示、熱載體壓(ya)差報警(jing)、膨脹槽液位報警(jing)及(ji)最終排(pai)煙溫(wen)度顯示,采用(yong)溫(wen)度信(xin)號控(kong)制(zhi)燃燒器,使其達到自動控(kong)制(zhi)功能。
